Job Summary

The Lube Technician will perform lubrication, oil changes, filter replacements, and multi-point inspections to support vehicle maintenance. This role requires maintaining high standards of customer service, safety, and work quality while promoting efficient business operations.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform lube, oil, filter, and multi-point inspections to ensure accurate vehicle diagnosis.
• Identify any additional vehicle service needs and communicate these to management.
• Deliver high-quality service consistently, maintaining clean vehicles during servicing.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment following OSHA and EPA regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service through prompt and clear communication.
• Adhere to all management-assigned duties and responsibilities.
• Demonstrate integrity by upholding the highest ethical and professional standards.
• Maintain positive attitude, professionalism, and reliability, including outstanding attendance.

Work Environment

• Shop setting with exposure to noise, dust, odors, fumes, chemicals, and adhesives.
• Work performed may be impacted by weather conditions.
• Physically demanding tasks including lifting up to 100 lbs, bending, reaching, and operating tools.

Job Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is recommended but not required.
• Minimum of one year experience as a technician's assistant or apprentice.
• Valid driver’s license and a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) that meets company policy.
• Local state vehicle inspection license preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to work in a shop environment exposed to noise, dust, odors, fumes, chemicals, and adhesives.
• Capability to lift at least 100 lbs.
• Frequent sitting, standing, bending, reaching, talking, hearing, and using hands for handling tools and equipment.
• Occasional stooping, kneeling, or crouching.
• Required vision includes close, distance, peripheral, and the ability to adjust focus.
• Safe operation of equipment and vehicles at all times.
