• Salary: $100,000 to $130,000 per year

Position Overview

The Master Service Technician will diagnose, service, and repair vehicles following established standards and procedures. This role includes performing pre-delivery services on new vehicles to ensure they meet quality expectations. The successful candidate will maintain a professional work environment, promote safety, and contribute to the efficiency and cleanliness of the workshop.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose vehicle issues using experience, analysis, and testing techniques.
• Maintain the highest level of technical training and certification.
• Keep vehicles clean during service and repair processes.
• Ensure all required documentation complies with regulations and company standards.
• Support shop appearance, safety standards, and efficient operations, including inventory management and general duties.
• Adhere to all shop policies, procedures, safety, and environmental rules.
• Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and educational classes as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the team.

Work Environment and Hours

This is a full-time position in a professional, non-smoking, drug-free workplace. The role requires working productively in a fast-paced team setting with a focus on customer service and safety.

Job Requirements

• Experience at dealer-level or large automotive facility preferred.
• Master Certified Technician with advanced mechanical and electrical automotive knowledge.
• High school diploma or GED required; additional automotive training or ASE certification is a plus.
• Valid and unrestricted driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Professional, dependable with a strong work ethic.
• Customer service and safety oriented.
• Basic computer and internet skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to read and comprehend technical instructions.
• Physical ability to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as required.
